  1. We’ve discussed the Farm Carbon Calculator before, you’ll need to register to get access. Their most recent methodology update from April 2025 shows how far this tool has developed. I think we should add this to our other recommended calculators, please take a look and let me know what you think.
    It’s not perfect, but maybe we can include it with caveates.
  2. Although this article circulated by UK planning authorities targets property resale value, it acknowledges that homes are more than “just a place to live”. I’me including it as it is a list of the key improvements which will benefit residents of a property, without the need for planning permission.
  3. For those interested in what the main drivers are for the UK’s electricity network, here is a sumary. Let me know if you are interested in any of these aspects, for example how we are transitioning to a more effective network balancing/payment platform.
  4. This year we’ll resurect the in-person gettogethers at different locations in Teignbridge.
